The fasting period is usually written on your request. If this information is not indicated, we can inform you, simply send us a copy of your prescription by email.

What you need to bring during your appointment

HEALTH INSURANCE CARD

BLOOD SAMPLING REQUEST

Make sure that the following information is included on your request otherwise we bring them to your appointment:

  • Name of the treating physician
  • Physician's license number
  • Physician's fax number

It is recommended that you send us your prescription by email to speed up the service and take the necessary steps in case of particular situations.

BEFORE A TRIP

Allow 30 minutes per person for the meeting.
In order to help the nurse prepare for your meeting and, by the same token, speed up the meeting time, you can send us a photo or a copy of your vaccination record by email.
